Having previously spent 10 year’s working in the care sector, we have experience with people with many different disabilities including:

  • Blind & Deaf
  • Brain Injuries

With a great passion for helping others, its been fantastic to create this opportunity for people who may have been looking for that somebody with an understanding, the experience and knowledge in order to help you progress.

On meeting you for the first time, we will discuss through all aspects of current lifestyle, nutrition and activity level before planning together the most appropriate way forward. We will then devise fitness programs to suit your individual needs whilst trying to incorporate the exercises you enjoy most.

  • Lose & manage their weight through exercise and nutrition.
  • Increase their strength, mobility, balance and coordination.
  • Improved their ability to perform activities of daily living (going up stairs, standing up from a chair, walking, etc).

Through bespoke exercise and training programmes we have helped clients reach their goals and increased their independence. With us, you will have the choice between training 1 to 1 or exercising in a small group with friends.

We maintain relevant insurances, up to date DBS Checks and are registered with the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) and qualified to an advanced level.
